Our Barrel-Aging Program Rolls Out to a New Home
The new year has been a busy time at Indeed! We’re moving our inventory, a whole brewery’s worth, to a custom-made, 12,500 square foot warehouse in St. Paul. We’ve stocked our new spot with a 3600 square foot cooler that will allow us to streamline our distribution channels to one location and cut down on delivery traffic at the brewery. It will also be the new home of our robust barrel-aging program - Wooden Soul and Rum King now live here. Check out the photos below and see exactly what we’ve been up to. We’re excited to continue growing the Indeed brand, and we’d like to thank you for your support as we continue to develop. But don’t worry – our brewing operations and taproom will stay nestled in Northeast. We hope you drop by for a pint soon.

Have you heard the buzz? Mexican Honey Imperial Lager is back!
We’ve kicked off the new year in a big way with the release of our Mexican Honey Imperial Lager, available on draft and in 16 oz. cans. It might be the dead of winter in Minnesota, but this beer will have you in fiesta mode in no time.
As an Imperial Lager, Mexican Honey is bigger, bolder and higher in alcohol content than a traditional lager. At 8 percent ABV and 17 IBUs, this buzzy brew is humming with Amarillo hops and 450 pounds of Mexican orange blossom honey per 30-barrel batch! On first sip, you can expect a clean lager character, and bright mandarin citrus tamed by a subtle malt backbone. With strong aromatic notes of honeycomb and graham cracker, Mexican Honey is crisp, dry, and refreshing. Though golden in color, this lager fits in surprisingly well in cold months when you just can’t stomach another stout.
Mexican Honey Imperial Lager was the proud recipient of the Silver Medal at the Great American Beer Festival 2014. This year it has a new look worthy of that title, with a fresh can design, featuring the work of local artist, Chuck U. Just can’t bring yourself to open one of these beauties? This lager ages well up to one year (check the best by date on the bottom of the can) in cold storage, and the honey flavor varies in strength over time.
Mexican Honey is available now, but don’t start that siesta because we’re not done celebrating! We’ll be taking flight at the end of the month, bringing some of this honey to all you thirsty creatures around the city. Follow our social media channels for up-to-date info on this event. Until then, grab a pint or can of this award-winning cerveza, and you’ll see it’s all buzz, no bite!
