We're searching for Pistachio Cream Ale's Biggest Fan. Think that's you? Prove it. Submit a photo, video, work of art, etc., that tells us why you should be crowned Pistachio Cream Ale's Biggest Fan.

Submissions must be entered using this Google Form. It is free to enter. There is no limit on the number of submissions per entrant. Entrants are encouraged to share their submission on social media, using the hashtag #PistachioCreamAlesBiggestFan. Use of a private social media accounts to promote this giveaway is at the entrant’s sole discretion and not required to enter.

Two winners will be selected: one in Wisconsin and one in Minnesota. Each will be rewarded with a year's supply of Pistachio Cream Ale (one case a month for 12 months). Winners will be responsible for picking up the beer monthly. The Wisconsin winner will be able to pick up from the taproom in Walker's Point and the Minnesota winner will be able to pick up beer from a to-be-determined liquor store in the Twin Cities metro area.

The Pistachio Cream Ale Biggest Fan contest is open only to legal residents of Minnesota and Wisconsin who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Promoter, Sponsor, any advertising or promotional agencies involved in the promotion, state alcohol beverage commissions, alcoholic beverage manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and licenses retailers, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, and children, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether they are related or not) of any of the foregoing are NOT eligible to participate.

No purchase necessary to win. Purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chance of winning.

The Pistachio Cream Ale Biggest Fan contest opens at 7:00am CST on February 15, 2021 and closes at 11:59pm CST on March 15, 2021. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges. The selection is based on personal, subjective evaluation. Winners will be selected by Monday, March 29 and contacted via email. Winning selections are final and cannot be reconsidered. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to reply to the notification email within two weeks, the potential winner forfeits prize.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Indeed Brewing Co. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
