Fresh Hop Is Here!
Bright, resinous and fresh as can be, our days-old, draft-only Fresh Hop Ale hits bars and restaurants in the Twin Cities area this week. This extremely limited brew is made with unpelletized Mosaic hops, harvested at their peak and shipped directly to Indeed from Yakima, Washington – the epicenter of hop growing in the United States. These hops were hand selected by Head Brewer Josh in September, and arrived to the brewery a few weeks later. They were added to the brew that night and just ten days later the finished beer was kegged and ready to drink.
The Mosaic hops used in Fresh Hop are harvested only once a year, and deliver a uniquely robust flavor and aroma. They bring flavors of dank, resinous hops as well as more subtle notes of citrus and stone fruit. Fresh Hop pours a beautiful bright gold with a big rocky head, packed with aromas of hops, blueberry, melon and citrus.
Fresh Hop Ale is only around for a short time, so make sure to get it while you can. Find it in a pint glass near you in our cozy Northeast taproom, or at any of the locations listed below. It was just delivered yesterday, but who knows how long it will last. Come get fresh with us!
