The Beeryard at Indeed Brewing will be filled with the sweet sounds of live jazz this summer. Off The Dock, the free summer concert series that pairs well with a Brightside Sea Salt & Lemon Lager and slice of pizza, is under way for 2026. Tuesdays throughout the summer, local top-talent performers and their freinds will be gracing the “stage” (it’s actually a loading dock) and setting the tone on your favorite northeast patio.

August 8th
BCE Trio

BCE Trio brings together three explorers of sound creation and improvisation. Utilizing standard song forms, spontaneous inventions and original material, BCE forges a unique path at every gig. Pianist Bryan Nichols and bassist Chris Bates have been collaborating together for nearly 20 years in a multitude of contexts. They have built their trust of each other into a beautiful language that honors the jazz traditions of the past while forging ahead into new territory. They formed a bond with the powerfully creative drummer Emma Garau from their very first notes together in 2024 and have never looked back. The BCE trio collaboration has proven to be fruitful, exciting and joyous in its short lived history. Every gig is a new and fresh adventure in improvised music.

Pizzeria Lola will serving up delicious wood-fired pies all summer long on The Beeryard. Scan-to-order QR codes are placed all around the space for easy ordering, and you’ll simply get a text when your food is ready!
