Born in the Disco Era Queer clubs of Los Angeles, “Whacking” or “Waacking” is an expressive dance style that features posing, strong arms and fluid movement! Join the Wh/aacking dance community for a night of fabulous surprises!! We’ll be dancing all night to tracks to whack to; Disco, Funk and House. Sounds provided by JBroadway! Halfway through the night there will be dance exhibition battles featuring the students training in the wh/aacking 6 week series through Hothouse! Open to all who are down to get down and enjoy dancing, good music, and fashion!!
Theme: “I have nowhere to wear this”
