DJ Corey Plagiarist
Corey is a lifelong Milwaukee native with deep roots in the city’s music scene. At just three years old, he was already making appearances with his Uncle Barry, aka “The Rock Dentist,” on WMSE. Since 1995, he has played in bands across the area, and by the early 2000s he was spinning his favorite records at the Riverhorse in Riverwest.
A dedicated crate digger and passionate champion of local music, Corey has made it his mission to track down and preserve the sounds of Milwaukee bands, past and present, giving new life to artists who might otherwise be forgotten.
On Milwaukee Day, expect a three hour all vinyl set celebrating the 414, packed with favorites, deep cuts, and forgotten gems that rarely make it off the shelf.
