The Story
Baltic Porter is a style we've been trying to work into the schedule for a couple winters now. It's a great cold-weather sipper due to its rich malt character, complex flavor profile and alcoholic warmth. There were a few Simpson's malts like T50 and DRC that we've never used before, and this was the perfect recipe to play with those.
